5 Stars - Exceptional Service! I had an outstanding experience at the Nespresso store in the Trafford Centre, all thanks to Bilal! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and a professional, welcoming attitude. His knowledge of the machines and coffee ranges was seriously impressive — he took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me to the perfect choice without ever being pushy. Bilal went above and beyond to make the entire experience enjoyable, offering helpful tips on brewing, flavour profiles, and even how to get the most out of my Nespresso membership. It’s rare to come across someone so passionate about what they do and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. If you're visiting the store, I highly recommend asking for Bilal. He's a true asset to the team and made my visit memorable. I left with a smile and some amazing coffee — what more could you want?

Just bought a new nespresso machine for husbands birthday. Stewart was brilliant and really helpful - but also gave us space to think and chat on our own without any pressure. He immediately recognised what we had been doing wrong with our current nespresso machine for years (over extracting) and why I didn't like the bitter taste. He recommended we tried one to see the difference - and he was spot on! Super helpful and very patient with us being indecisive about colour! Thanks Stewart and can't wait to use our new machine.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Bilal during my visit to Nespresso while on a trip from Kuwait, and I must say his service, along with the entire staff, was truly outstanding. Bilal was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand my needs, ensuring I chose the perfect products. His friendly and professional attitude made the experience exceptional. I came in today and to say the experience was great would be an understatement. As soon as you enter the store you are greeted to a really friendly vibe. We didn’t know what coffee machine would be the one for us but after the amazing staff member Stewart helped assist, we have walked away extremely happy. Keep up the great work!

I am buying my coffee for years from the Trafford centre branch. The main reason that I am returning there is staff that make me feel welcome each time. Especially Bilal that I know him now for about 6-7 years. This guy is delivering 6* service and each time when I am there and he is always same - smiling happy guy that make the shopping experience special.

Visited the Nespresso store yesterday to look at the Virtuo Pop machine. We were handed a buzzer to wait for a few mins (there were 4 folk in front of us, but it went down really quickly). I was introduced to Bilal who was really knowledgeable and talked us through the machine, how to use it etc. as soon as he heard I hadn’t tried the coffee from it he made up a milk based drink (Bianca Doppio I think) - flat whites / macchiato’s are my go to. Talked through some of the flavour combos with Bilal and ended up going for the Pop along with a aeroccinno (milk frother) too. Good service (on what was a busy Saturday), really happy with the Pop and currently enjoying a sweet vanilla coffee in the garden. :) - Bilal was great. He suggested we pop in for a coffee and to say hello whenever at the Traff, Looking forward to exploring some different drinks / flavours in future. Maybe even an iced latte in the sun later today.
